Art Gallery

As many of you know my sister in law started a company called Well & Wonder Collective. The concept is bringing beautiful art into your home from emerging Southern artists. In addition to some amazing art from talented artist the website is so pretty you could just stare at it all day long.  I was so excited to bring this beauty into our home by Katherine Bramlett:
It puts a smile on my face every time I look at it. Bright cheery yellow, soothing blues, a hint of spring like green...I love it!

Mollie might need to make room for Wip on her site because he is blazing a trail in the art world. He probably creates no less than 10-20 drawings per day. Seriously. This kid loves art. He loves studying how drawings are made, he loves looking at something and figuring out how to create it, he loves telling stories through art. The other day in the car he was talking about a book that Aunt Sarah and Uncle Mike gave him called The Wonder by Faye Hanson. If you have not checked this book out, it is high on our night time reading list. Wip relates so much to the little boy in the book and in fact I think was a small part in fueling his fire to know that creating and imagining and dreaming is something that is not only okay but encouraged.

Here is a little art gallery of Wip's pieces over the past few months...
